The Caribbean Community Climate Change Centre (the CCCCC) has received financing from Coalition for Disaster Resilient Infrastructure (CDRI), toward the cost of the project titled “Disaster Resilient Utility Infrastructure – St. Kitts and Nevis (DRUI- SKN), Project ID: MPTF_00300_00106 and intends to apply part of the proceeds towards a contract for “Comprehensive policy review and develop a Unified Utility Coordination Framework ” (“the Services”). The specific objectives of the assignment are to: Conduct a comprehensive review of existing policies related to utility infrastructure and resilience, identify gaps, and develop actionable recommendations. Develop and implement a unified utility coordination framework to enhance collaboration, communication, and emergency response among utility providers. Project closes Sep 04, 2026 2:00 PM -06.
