Der Gesamtrahmen (Rechen-Knoten + Netzwerk + sonstiges) darf 1.500.000 EUR (brutto) nicht überschreiten. Datenblätter sind mit dem Angebot abzugeben! Es muss sich um Neuware handeln, refurbished Produkte dürfen nicht angeboten werden. Lieferung: - Frei Verwendungsstelle (Die exakte Adresse wird bei einer Auftragserteilung bekannt gegeben). - Eine vollständige Lieferung soll bis zum 11.12.2026 erfolgt sein, da zugewiesene Mittel zu dem Zeitpunkt verausgabt werden müssen. Bitte geben Sie im Preisblatt Ihren geplanten Liefertermin an. Falls die Lieferung und Abnahme nicht bis Ende Februar garantiert werden kann, gelten die Zah-lungsbedingungen s. zweiter Punkt Zahlung. Zahlung: - 90 % bei Lieferung, 10 % bei erfolgreicher Abnahme. - Die Zahlung erfolgt gegen Vorkasse, entsprechende Rechnungsstellung und Gestellung einer Bankbürgschaft im Voraus, wenn die Lieferung und Abnahme nebst Abrechnung nicht bis zum 11.12. 2026 garantiert werden kann. Zutreffendes ist auf dem Preisblatt anzukreuzen. Der Höchst-betrag der Bürgschaft reduziert sich nach Lieferung auf 10 %. Abnahme: - Prüfung aller Komponenten auf Vollständigkeit. Linpack zur Prüfung der thermischen Stabilität. Die Prüfung erfolgt mittels Abnahmeprotokoll in der Anlage. (Innerhalb von 14 Tagen nach Inbetrieb-nahme, die Inbetriebnahme erfolgt innerhalb von 14 Tagen nach Lieferung). Garantie: Es wird eine Garantie von 5 Jahren für das Gesamtsystem gefordert. Bemerkungen: - Es wird beabsichtigt, den beigefügten Kaufvertrag vor Zuschlagserteilung mit dem Bestbieter zu schließen. Wertung: - Das Bestangebot ist das Angebot mit den meisten Knoten. Bei Gleichstand gewinnt das Angebot mit der kürzeren Lieferfrist. Besteht auch hier Gleichstand, entscheidet das Los. Gerichtsstand: - Gerichtsstand und Erfüllungsort ist Münster (Westf.).
