• Een externe leverancier vinden die een aanvulling is op onze creativiteit en expertise bij de afdeling Communicatie binnen het CAK;
• Een vakkundige externe leverancier die in staat is tot conceptontwikkeling bij de complexe vraagstukken in de publieke dienstverlening en deze ook uit te werken en uitvoeren in middelen;
• Een externe leverancier vinden die ook in staat is flexibel kleinere, creatieve opdrachten op te pakken.
