- The Ministry of Finance and Budget ("the Beneficiary") has received financing from the World Bank to finance the cost of the Public Sector Digital Governance Project (PGNSP) and intends to use part of this financing to make payments for the market for the supply of a robust information system for integrated management of the administrative and financial status of state personnel.
