Het doel van deze aanbesteding is te komen tot het sluiten van een Concessieovereenkomst voor een passende en betaalbare collectieve zorgverzekering voor kwetsbare inwoners van Gouda, ter bevordering van:
-gezondheid en preventie;
-verminderen van zorgmijding;
-integrale aanpak van armoede en schulden.
Om kwetsbare inwoners een collectieve zorgverzekering te kunnen aanbieden met de hoogste dekking tegen een aantrekkelijke premie draagt de gemeente bij in de maandelijkse premie van de aanvullende verzekering. Zo kunnen inwoners met een laag inkomen en een hoge zorgbehoefte zich goed en volledig verzekeren tegen de meeste zorgkosten.
