Mise en soumission de la concession d’affichage sur le domaine public et privé de la Commune de Lausanne. Ce droit exclusif est accordé conformément aux dispositions légales fédérales, cantonales et communales en vigueur pendant la durée de la concession, notamment sur le marché intérieur, la sécurité routière, l’affichage et la publicité et est limité par ces dernières. Le présent cahier des charges rectifié fixe les règles de la procédure d’octroi de la concession ainsi que les droits et obligations du futur Concessionnaire. Pour des questions pratiques, et quand bien même la procédure n’est pas soumise à l’Accord intercantonal sur les marchés publics, la Commune utilise la plateforme SIMAP pour la publication de l’appel d’offres et le suivi des éventuelles questions des concurrents.
