L'Autorité Organisatrice, la Commune de Thollon-les-Mémises, confie au concessionnaire les missions suivantes au titre des activités hivernales : - gestion, exploitation, entretien et maintenance, investissement sur l'ensemble du parc de remontées mécaniques situé sur le territoire de la Commune (dont les grandes inspections et grandes visites) ; - entretien, maintenance, exploitation et maintien en bon état de fonctionnement, investissement des installations et équipements liés à la neige de culture ; - aménagement et matérialisation d'espaces ludiques durant la saison hivernale à destination d'une clientèle débutante et familiale, ainsi que des espaces de snowpark ; - aménagement, traçage, entretien, balisage et damage des 6 km de pistes de ski nordique accessibles depuis la télécabine des Mémises ; - entretien et gestion du restaurant des Mémises, situé à l'arrivée de la Télécabine, avec la possibilité de le subdéléguer.
