Original language: FrenchLe contrat de concession a pour objet de confier, à titre exclusif et pour la durée du contrat, l'exploitation et la gestion des services d'accueil de loisirs périscolaire et extrascolaire sur différents sites de la ville en tranche ferme. En tranche optionnelle en supplément, le titulaire sera amené à gérer et exploiter le nouveau périscolaire qui est en cours de chantier, à partir de septembre 2027 Le concessionnaire est responsable de la gestion des services et les exploite à ses risques et périls. Pour l'exécution de sa mission, la Commune met à disposition du concessionnaire, les biens immobiliers et équipements définis au DCE.
