Original language: FrenchConcession de service public portant sur l’exploitation d’un Parc des Expositions des Oudairies selon les objectifs fixés par La Roche-sur-Yon Agglomération avec notamment : - Accueil et organisation de manifestations et d'évènements variés à vocation économique, professionnelle, sportive, culturelle, ou associative, permettant de participer au développement et au rayonnement du territoire ; - Communication, promotion, prospection et commercialisation des espaces ; - Gestion technique, administrative et financière du service ; - Mise à disposition de l’équipement selon les conditions fixées contractuellement ; - Gestion, entretien et maintien en parfait état de fonctionnement des ouvrages - Investissements initiaux pour l’acquisition de mobilier en vue de l’exploitation de l’équipement. Les obligations mises à la charge du concessionnaire doivent concourir au développement du site et à sa promotion dans le cadre de l’attractivité économique, touristique et culturelle de La Roche-sur-Yon Agglomération.
