Original language: FrenchLe présent appel public à candidature a pour objet de sélectionner les candidats admis à présenter une offre lors de la consultation pour la construction d'une Médiathèque départementale sur le site de Vineuil. Ce projet vise à créer un équipement culturel de référence, mutualisant certains services avec les Archives départementales. Cette médiathèque sera un centre de ressources pour les bibliothèques du territoire, offrant documents, formations, conseils et animations culturelles. Elle comprendra un espace d'accueil et de consultation des collections, une zone logistique pour la gestion des prêts et des animations, un showroom de 100 m² pour valoriser les outils d'animation, un espace numérique BibLab dédié à la découverte d'outils numériques, ainsi que des espaces professionnels optimisés pour améliorer les conditions de travail.
Le projet mettra l'accent sur une architecture exemplaire et innovante, avec une conception ergonomique et durable. Une salle polyvalente de 120 places, divisible en deux espaces, sera accessible pour formations et événements. L'enveloppe prévisionnelle affectée aux travaux objet du présent concours est fixée à : 6 000 000 euro(s) HT aux conditions économiques de mars 2025
