Redacción del proyecto básico y de ejecución para la construcción de la nueva comisaría de la Guardia Urbana de l'Hospitalet, de acuerdo con las especificaciones que se determinan en el Pliego de Prescripciones Técnicas. Redacción del correspondiente Plan especial que concrete el uso y condiciones de ordenación de la edificación que resulte de la propuesta ganadora del concurso. Redacción del resto de documentos técnicos complementarios y otras tareas necesarias para la redacción de dicho proyecto de ejecución (anteproyecto, levantamiento topográfico, estudio geotécnico, estudio de suelo). Redacción de todas las modificaciones que haya que introducir en el proyecto, hasta su aprobación definitiva, por causa de los informes sectoriales y de supervisión que se redacten durante su tramitación , así como las que resulten de las posibles alegaciones que se estimen durante los diferentes trámites de información pública.
