El presente proceso de selección tiene como objetivo identificar y contratar a una empresa de construcción con capacidad técnica, experiencia comprobada, solidez organizacional y financiera para actuar como Contratista bajo la modalidad de Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) en el desarrollo de esta obra. Se busca un socio estratégico capaz de integrarse al proceso desde etapas tempranas, aportando valor técnico antes del inicio de la construcción y garantizando la ejecución del proyecto dentro de los parámetros de costo, tiempo y calidad previamente acordados. El alcance de la convocatoria comprende la modalidad CMAR (Construction Manager at Risk) es un método de entrega de proyectos en el que el contratista asume un doble rol: por un lado, actúa como asesor técnico especializado durante la etapa de diseño y planificación —la denominada fase de preconstrucción—; y por otro, se compromete a ejecutar la obra bajo la estrategia de contrato precio máximo garantizado, asumiendo el riesgo de costo constructivo que supere dicho límite.
