Os títulos comprobatórios da formação do candidato (subcategorias 1 e 2 da categoria I do Quadro 4) deverão ser entregues em fotocópias autenticadas em serviço notarial e de registro (Cartório de Notas) ou quando da entrega dos documentos em cópia simples, o candidato deverá apresentar, obrigatoriamente, o original ou a cópia autenticada em cartório do documento que está sendo entregue para conferência por parte do servidor público responsável pelo atendimento.
