Venezuela (Bolivarian Republic of) CONDUCTOR Organization Agency for Technical Cooperation and Development Posted 6 Aug 2026 Closing date 11 Aug 2026 Como Conductor, se encargará de brindar transporte seguro y oportuno al personal humanitario, visitantes e insumos de la organización en el marco de la respuesta de emergencia post terremoto del 24-06-2026. El titular velará por el mantenimiento preventivo del vehículo asignado, el cumplimiento de las normas de tránsito de Venezuela y los protocolos internos de seguridad vial de Acted durante los desplazamientos en La Gran Caracas y La Guaira. FUNCIONES Operación de Transporte y Movilización Operar el vehículo asignado cumpliendo estrictamente con la agenda de traslados, horarios e instrucciones emitidas por el Departamento de Logística. Transportar exclusivamente al personal autorizado, socios institucionales y bienes de la organización, respetando la prohibición de llevar personas ajenas a la misión. Acatar los límites de velocidad, regulaciones nacionales de tránsito y normas de seguridad en carretera, adaptando la conducción a las condiciones del terreno y del clima. Control de Mantenimiento y Estado del Vehículo Realizar inspeciones diarias del vehículo (niveles de aceite, refrigerante, líquido de frenos, combustible, presión de neumáticos y estado general). Mantener el vehículo limpio por dentro y por fuera de forma constante. Monitorear el cronograma de mantenimiento preventivo y reportar inmediatamente cualquier falla o anomalía mecánica al Oficial de Logística. Verificar que el vehículo cuente con los elementos de seguridad requeridos (botiquín de primeros auxilios, extintor vigente, caucho de repuesto, herramientas y kit de bioseguridad). Registro y Soporte Administrativo Completar y mantener al día la bitácora de movilización (registro de kilometraje, destino, objeto del viaje, conductor y firmas de validación). Registrar el consumo de combustible, lubricantes y mantenimientos realizados en los formatos asignados. Acompañar y apoyar en gestiones logísticas y administrativas menores (entrega/recogida de correspondencia, encomiendas o compras locales) según requerimiento. Seguridad y Cumplimiento Normativo Garantizar el uso obligatorio del cinturón de seguridad para todos los ocupantes del vehículo antes de iniciar cualquier desplazamiento. Notificar de inmediato al Oficial de Logística sobre cualquier accidente, incidente de seguridad o infracción de tránsito ocurrida durante el servicio. Mantener vigentes la documentación personal (cédula, licencia de conducir, certificado médico) y los documetnos del vehículo asignado. Conservar la aptitud física y mental necesaria para conducir, respetando la política de tolerancia cero al consumo de alcohol o medicamentos que afecten el sistema nervioso. Requisitos Obligatorios: Bachiller o Título de Educación Media Diversificada. Mínimo tres (3) años de experiencia comprobable como conductor corporativo, preferiblemente en organizaciones internacionales u ONGs. Licencia de conducir de 3er grado (mínimo) y Certificado Médico Vial vigente. Permiso de trabajo válido en Venezuela. Conocimientos sólidos en mecánica básica de vehículos (gasolina y diésel) y normativas de seguridad vial. Disponibilidad total para traslados diarios en La Gran Caracas y el Estado La Guaira Habilidades blandas: Capacidad para trabajar en equipo, responsabilidad, compromiso y puntualidad.
