PROYECTO MEJORA DEL ACCESO SOSTENIBLE A LA ELECTRICIDAD EN BOLIVIA IDTR III

El Estado Plurinacional de Bolivia ha gestionado el financiamiento del Banco Mundial, para la implementación del Proyecto de Mejora de Acceso Sostenible a Electricidad en Bolivia - Infraestructura Descentralizada para la Transformación Rural IDTR III y se propone utilizar parte de los fondos de este crédito para efectuar los pagos bajo el Contrato de Préstamo N° 9611-BO.
La Empresa Nacional de Electricidad (ENDE CORPORACION) es el responsable de la ejecución del Proyecto, en el marco del cual se invita a los interesados a presentar sus ofertas para la obra:
“CONST. ELECTRIFICACIÓN RURAL: 1. CONST. ELECTRIFICACIÓN RURAL DE LA PROVINCIA CERCADO (TARIJA); 2. CONST. ELECTRIFICACIÓN RURAL COMUNIDAD EL CAJON - TARIQUIA (TARIJA)”
El precio referencial total de la obra es de Bs. 26.193.790,72.- (Veintiséis Millones Ciento Noventa y Tres Setecientos Noventa 72/100 bolivianos) de acuerdo al siguiente detalle para cada sub proyecto:
- Precio referencial para la ejecución del servicio: “CONST. ELECTRIFICACION RURAL DE LA PROVINCIA CERCADO (TARIJA)” es de Bs. 24.974.506,86.- (Veinticuatro millones novecientos setenta y cuatro mil quinientos seis 86/100 bolivianos) con un plazo de ejecución de Trescientos Treinta (330) días calendario.
- Precio referencial para la ejecución del servicio: “CONST. ELECTRIFICACION RURAL COMUNIDAD EL CAJON - TARIQUIA (TARIJA)” es de Bs. 1.219.283,86.- (Un millón doscientos diecinueve mil doscientos ochenta tres 86/100 bolivianos) con un plazo de ejecución de Ciento Cincuenta (150) días calendario.
La presente convocatoria se efectúa de acuerdo a las Regulaciones de Adquisiciones para Prestatarios en Proyectos de Inversión del Banco Mundial (Quinta Edición), de septiembre de 2023, denominadas en lo sucesivo “Regulaciones de Adquisiciones”. Las ofertas que superen el monto referencial también serán evaluadas.
SOLICITUD DE DOCUMENTACIÓN Y CONSULTAS:
El Documento de Solicitud de Ofertas podrá ser recabado de manera gratuita al correo electrónico: proyecto.idtr3@ende.bo a partir del 25 de septiembre de 2026 en horario laboral o descargarlo del Sistema de Contrataciones Estatales (SICOES) o de la página web: https://www.ende.bo/nacional-internacional/vigentes/
Los interesados también podrán ingresar en el sitio web arriba indicado para que se les notifiquen las posibles enmiendas o aclaraciones que pudieran surgir en el marco del proceso de Solitud de Ofertas.
ENVÍO DE OFERTAS:
Las ofertas deberán ser enviadas a las oficinas de la ENDE Corporación ubicada en la Calle Colombia N° O-655 casi esq. Falsuri, Cochabamba - Bolivia, hasta el 23 de octubre de 2026 hasta horas 15:00 en Ventanilla de Informaciones No está permitida la presentación electrónica de ofertas. El Convocante no será responsable por el extravío o entrega tardía de las ofertas que se hagan por correo postal o courrier.
Las Ofertas recibidas fuera del plazo establecido serán rechazadas. La apertura pública de las Ofertas se llevará a cabo ante la presencia de los representantes designados y de cualquier otra persona que se encuentre presente el día 23 de octubre de 2026 hasta horas 15:30, también se podrá asistir a través del link: https://ende.webex.com/ende-sp/j.php?MTID=m8f369b418472acec22b0917cd7dd98eb.
Todas las Ofertas deben ir acompañadas de una Declaración de Mantenimiento de Oferta.
