In case of a tie between 2 or more offers, it will be resolved by awarding the bidder who obtained the highest score, according to the following order of evaluation criteria. - First: Offer Price - Second: Execution Period - Third: Experience The Municipality of Coelemu will deem inadmissible any of the offers submitted that do not meet the minimum requirements or conditions established in these bidding documents, without prejudice to the faculty to request bidders to correct formal errors or omissions in accordance with the provisions of public procurement regulations and these documents. The Municipality of Coelemu may also declare the tender void or revoke it when no offers are submitted or when they are not convenient to its interests and expectations. Such declarations must be made through the issuance of a reasoned resolution. The Tender will be awarded to the proponent who has obtained the highest score, according to the evaluation criteria and their weightings, established in these documents, through a resolution that will be published on www.mercadopublico.cl, once it has been fully processed. As this is a low complexity tender, for the acquisition of a good or service less than 100, of simple and objective specification, it will be formalized by issuing the purchase order and its acceptance by the supplier, as established in article 63 of the Regulation of Law 19.886. Payment will be made within 30 days from the invoice date, after a conformity report from the responsible official of the Municipality, against the presentation of the respective invoice, in accordance with the internal procedures that the Municipality has on the matter. a) The supplier will be remunerated for the service by a fixed amount, and according to the activities duly performed. b) The invoice will be presented in original in the name of the Illustrious Municipality of Coelemu, RUT. 69.150.200 – 7, address Calle Pedro León Gallo 609. In case of non-delivery of the service within the offered period, the bidder will be charged from the sole payment status indicated in these documents, the penalty will be 20 UF.
