1. La República de Ecuador ha recibido financiamiento del Banco Internacional de Reconstrucción y Fomento (BIRF) en la forma de un préstamo, en adelante, el “Préstamo” para financiar el costo del Proyecto VÍAS RURALES RESILIENTES, y se propone utilizar parte de los fondos para efectuar los pagos estipulados en el “CONSTRUCCIÓN DE UN PUENTE PEATONAL EN EL RECINTO LA DOLOROSA 2, PARROQUIA LORENZO DE GARAICOA, CANTÓN SIMÓN BOLÍVAR”.
2. El Gobierno Autónomo Descentralizado Provincial del Guayas, invita ahora a los Licitantes elegibles a presentar ofertas cerradas, conociendo la importancia de la comunicación y el desarrollo de los diferentes cantones y ciudades, considera de suma importancia la CONSTRUCCIÓN DE UN PUENTE PEATONAL EN EL RECINTO LA DOLOROSA 2, PARROQUIA LORENZO DE GARAICOA, CANTÓN SIMÓN BOLÍVAR, dando un fuerte impulso al mejoramiento de la vialidad para atender el crecimiento productivo y económico de la región. Al mismo tiempo se contribuye al mejoramiento del nivel de vida de los habitantes del sector en lo social y económico.
3. La adquisición se efectuará conforme a los procedimientos de Solicitud de Ofertas con acceso al mercado Nacional descritos en las Regulaciones de Adquisiciones para Prestatarios en Proyectos de Inversión publicadas por el Banco Mundial, Séptima Edición, Septiembre 2025.
4. Los licitantes elegibles que estén interesados podrán obtener los documentos de solicitud de ofertas en la siguiente página web institucional: https://guayas.gob.ec/vias-rurales-resilientes-en-la-provincia-del-guayas-banco-mundial/contrataciones-documentos/
5. Los Licitantes podrán formular solicitudes de aclaración hasta el 17 de julio de 2026, las cuales deberán remitirse exclusivamente por correo electrónico a la siguiente dirección: adquisiciones.bm@guayas.gob.ec
6. Las ofertas deberán hacerse llegar en sobre cerrado a la dirección indicada abajo, hasta las 15h00 del 11 de agosto de 2026. Las ofertas electrónicas no serán permitidas. Las ofertas que se reciban fuera de plazo serán rechazadas. Las ofertas se abrirán una (01) hora después del cierre de presentación de ofertas en presencia de los representantes de los licitantes que deseen asistir en persona en la dirección indicada al final de este llamado.
