CLARIFICATION OF OFFERS The Municipality of Mariquina, by virtue of the provisions of the Public Procurement Law, may grant bidders a period to correct formal errors or omissions, which will be informed through the portal, provided that the principles of equality of bidders, nor strict adherence to the Bases, are affected. In such case, a period of 48 business days may be granted to amend the indicated errors and/or to present those certificates or missing documents that were obtained before the deadline for submitting offers or refer to situations that are not mutable since the deadline for submitting offers. All of the above will be recorded in the Evaluation Report signed by the members of the Commission. In the event that the correction of errors or omissions, or the submission of missing documents is requested, the evaluation of the offers will be suspended until the deadline granted is met. In the case where the lack of documents and/or antecedents is insurmountable, either because it does not refer to the antecedents indicated above, or because the unsubmitted documents are part of the offer and are necessary for evaluation, the offer will be declared inadmissible, without being evaluated. The NO response by the Bidder(s) within the stipulated period will grant the Municipality of Mariquina the power not to consider the proposal, declaring it inadmissible, all depending on the characteristic, importance and objectives of the requested documents, or whether the information of the missing documents can or cannot be considered by the Commission, based on information contained in other documents submitted opportunely found on the portal. In any case, the timely or untimely submission of documents will always be evaluated, except as indicated regarding inadmissibility. --Current labor and social security certificate issued by the Directorate of Labor, which allows to verify if the bidder has outstanding balances of remuneration or social security contributions or labor disputes with their workers, valid as of the date of award of the Proposal.
