La empresa deberá acreditar mediante certificado de la Dirección de Inspección del Trabajo o AFP, que acrediten que no tiene saldos insolutos desde hace dos años atrás de su quehacer como empresa respecto a sus actuales trabajadores o con trabajadores contratados en los últimos 2 años, respecto a remuneraciones o cotizaciones de seguridad social; documentos que serán requerido por el supervisor del contrato al momento de entrega oficial de terreno, este último podrá conceder otro plazo o anular la obligación, si así lo estima conveniente. Las Bases Administrativas adjuntadas a la presente licitación señalan plazo y formalidad para completar antecedentes omitidos por los oferentes en su oferta; siempre y cuando la Comisión de Apertura de Propuesta considere admisible reparar la omisión.
