UNITED NATIONS CHILDREN'S FUND (UNICEF) Wishes to invite you to submit a proposal for Construction and Rehabilitation of WASH facilities (Water well, Solar System, Water tank, Flush latrine, Septic tank, Handwashing facility, MHM room, Incinerator, Ashpit, Sharp pit and Placenta) in 21 HCF in Ghazni, Nangarhar, Nuristan and Kunar Provinces
