Il comprend des travaux de terrassement, d'assainissement, de réseaux divers, de génie civil, de voirie, d'aménagement paysagers, de serrurerie, de fourniture et pose de mobilier et jeux et un entretien des espaces verts d'une année. Le lot prévoit une clause d'insertion par l'activité économique (650h). Le lot contient 3 prestations éventuelles supplémentaires. Cette consultation fait suite à un premier appel d'offre lancé le 17 octobre 2025 sous la référence 25TRAV06 - Travaux de construction de la nouvelle école Condorcet (10 lots) (Avis attribution 312052-2026). L'opérateur économique devra intervenir sur un chantier qui a démarré début février 2026, avec une date de livraison prévisionnelle fixée à l'été 2027 pour la rentrée scolaire 2027-28
