1.     The State of Senegal has received a credit from the World Bank to finance the cost of the Senegal Natural Resources Management Project and intends to apply part of the proceeds of this financing to payments under the contract for the construction and development works of the Oubadji-Dalaba track in Niokolo-Koba National Park (PNNK).

2.       The Senegal Natural Resources Management Project (SENRM METE) hereby invites eligible countries to submit sealed Bids for the construction and development works of the Oubadji – Dalaba track in Niokolo Koba National Park PNNK for a duration of five (05) months.

3.       Procurement will be conducted through national competitive bidding using a Bidding Document (BD) as defined in the “World Bank Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers, September 2025”, and is open to all eligible Bidders.

4.       Bidders must meet the following qualification criteria:

- bsp;       Justify the execution of at least one similar contract for an amount of nine hundred and twenty million nine hundred and thirty-four thousand (920,934,000) FCFA over the last five (05) years (2021 to 2025);

- bsp;   Provide a financial capacity certificate or a line of credit for an amount of three hundred and eighty-three million seven hundred and twenty-two thousand (383,722,000) FCFA, issued by a banking institution or a bonding company approved by the Ministry in charge of finance or by a foreign banking or bonding institution with a local correspondent approved by the Ministry in charge of finance.
