Eligibility Requirements: ) Reputed Benefited Firm/organization, manufacturer/ authorized agent Who has a minimum Of 05 (Five) years Of general experience in a Similar nature Of works. b) Having Experience of successfully cornphting at least one number of RCC frame Structure Building Construction works (Civil, Sanitary and Internal Electrification) amounts to Tk. 15.80 crore in a single Tender during the last 5 years in the format as specified in PW3. c) The Tenderer must possess i) up to date valid Trade license ii) an up-to-date income tax dearance certificate from NBR (2025-26) iii) a Vaid VAT registration certificate from NBR iv) an up-to-date ABC license writh supervisory license. d) The Tenderer shall have a minimum average annual construction turnover in the last 5 (five) years Of Tk. 18.00 crore only (The year counting backward from the date of IF T) under any Govt.\Semi-Govt./Autonomous bodies. payrnent certificates for contracts (including JV Agreement if applicable) in progress/comphted under the public sector must be submitted along with tender supporting annual average construction tumover. e) The nnimum amount of liquid assets next to other confidential commitments of the sucx:essful Tenderer shall be Tk. 06.00 crore.
