Construction of 8-Storied Training Center Cum Dormitory Building including 02 (Two) Basement at BIAM Foundation, Eskaton, Dhaka (Sub-Had Fire Detection & Detection & Protection System) Procurement Method: NCT Open Tendering Method. Budget and Source of Funds: Development Budget GOB. Eligibility Requirements: a) The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction(electro-mechanical) works as Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor shall be 05(five) years. b) The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor in construction works under public sector of at least 01(one) contract of similar nature of work successfully completed within the last 03(three) years each with a value of at least Tk 135.00 Lac of Government/ Semi-Government/ Autonomous Bodies in Bangladesh.The above experience/ work completion certificate shall have to be submitted as follows: i) In case of the work done under PWD, the certifying and authenticating authority shall be the concerned Executive Engineer. ii) In case of the work done under any Government/ Semi-Government/ Autonomous Bodies/ Organization other than PWD, the certifying authority shall be an officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer and the same duly verified by the concerned Executive Engineer of PWD of the district under whose jurisdiction the work has been done. c) The required average annual construction turnover under public sector shall be greater than Tk 100.00 Lac over the last 05(five) financial years or best 03(three) years in the last 05(five) financial years. d) The minimum amount of financial resources as liquid asset or working capital or credit line(s) or specific credit commitment or in any combination of them, of the Tenderers shall be Tk 140.00 Lac. e) Minimum Tender Capacity 150.00 Lac. f) The Tenderer must have up to date ABC/BC category Contractory & Electrical Supervisory License from Bangladesh Electrical Licensing Board, up to date Income Tax clearance Certificate from the NBR with TIN, up to date BIN Registration Certificate from the NBR, up to date valid Trade License..
