Construction of 8-Storied Training Center Cum Dormitory Building including 02(Two) Basement at BIAM Foundation, Eskaton, Dhaka (Sub-Had: Substation Equipment (800 KVA) With HT and LT Cables & Earthing System and Geyser with related works) Procurement Method: NCT Open Tendering Method. Budget and Source of Funds: Development Budget GOB. Eligibility Requirements: This invitation for Tender is open for all who have the eligibility as mentioned below: a) The minimum of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the supply of electro-mechanical Goods and related services as Supplier shall be 05(five) years b) The minimum specific experience as Supplier in supply of similar Goods of at least 01 (one) contract successfully completed within the last 03 (three) years with a value of at least Tk.95.00 Lac of Government/ Semi-Government/ Autonomous Bodies/ Private in Bangladesh.The above experience/ work completion certificate shall have to be submitted as follows: i) In case of the work done under PWD,the certifying and authenticating authority shall be the concerned Executive Engineer. ii) In case of the work done under any Government/Semi-Government/Autonomous Bodies/Organization other than PWD, the certifying authority shall be an officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer and the same duly verified by the concerned Executive Engineer of PWD of the district under whose jurisdiction the work has been done. iii)In case of the work done under Private Organization the certifying authority shall be owner/ client/ user and the same duly verified by the concerned Executive Engineer of PWD of the district under whose jurisdiction the work has been done. c)The minimum supply and/or production capacity of Goods is/ are: five times the proposed goods. d)The minimum amount of Liquid Assets or Working Capital or Credit facilities, net of other contractual commitments of the Tenderer shall be Tk.82.00 Lac. e)The Tenderer must have up to date ABC/BC category Contractory & Electrical Supervisory License from Bangladesh Electrical Licensing Board, up to date Income Tax clearance Certificate from the NBR with TIN, BIN Registration Certificate from the NBR, up to date valid Trade License..
