MINISTRY OF HUMAN SERVICES AND SOCIAL SECURITY, GUYANA, hereinafter referred to as “the Employer”, invites eligible bidders to submit their bids for execution of: Construction of Elderly Assisted Living Facility, Enmore, Region No.4 At an Estimated Budget of 1.5B GYD Interested bidders may peruse the bid document at the procuring entity, prior to the purchase. A complete set of the bidding documents can be purchased for a non-refundable fee in the amount of: $10,000 GYD between Monday to Thursday (09:00 to 16:30 hours), and on Friday (09:00 to 15:30 hours), from 6th, August, 2026; at the following address: Finance Department, Ministry of Human Services and Social Security, East and Lamaha Street, Georgetown, Guyana, 231-1179 E-mail: procuremhsss@gmail.com All bidders should submit their bids together with an original bid security for the amount of 1% of the bid price. Bid security should be expressed in Guyanese currency and shall be a bank guarantee or a bid bond issued by a licensed financial institution. All late bids will be rejected and returned to bidders unopened. Bids should be valid for 120 days from the date of bid opening.
