The civil works include the Construction of features to protect two Spring Wells in Nakamondo and Mugungu in Busia as further described in Section 5 of this ITB.Please submit your bid on your letterhead that should be signed and stamped on the Quantum supplier portal, not later than indicated date in Quantum, addressed to UNDP Uganda stating clearly whether the prices are inclusive or exclusive of VAT and any other taxes that may be applicable.
Your letterhead should clearly show your tax identification number, TIN.Please indicate whether you intend to submit a bid by creating a draft response without submitting directly in the system.
This will enable the system to send notifications in case of amendments of the tender requirements.
