Construction of New Building to Establish Burn and Plastic Surgery Unit at Faridpur Medical College Hospital Campus, Faridpur. (S.H: External Electrification- Existing Substation of Medical College Hospital Shifting Charge with LT Cable.) Procurement Method: NCT Open Tendering Method. Budget and Source of Funds: Development Budget GOB. Eligibility Requirements: This invitation for Tenders is open to all eligible Tenderers as mentioned below:
1. Tenderer shall have minimum 5 (five) year of general experience in Cable Installation Works (time will be counted backward from the date of publication of IFT in e-GP system).
2.The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor in Works of at least 1 (one) contract(s) successfully completed in Government/ semi government/ autonomous organizations within the last 5 years in similar nature works each with a value of at least Tk. 4,00,00,000.00 (Four Hundred Lakh) only.(time will be counted backward from the date of publication of IFT in e-GP system).
3. The required average annual construction turns over must be greater than Tk. 7,00,00,000.00 (Seven Hundred Lakh) only during last 5(five) years. Necessary supporting documents shall be submitted with the tender. Any estimated cost or contract value will not be considered to calculate Average Annual Construction Turnover. (time will be counted backward from the date of publication of IFT in e-GP system).
4. The tenderer must have a minimum amount of free funds (liquid Assets) /Credit facilities, working capital Tk. 3,00,00,000.00 (Three Hundred Lakh) only. The proof of liquid asset must be submitted in PW2a-3 form or related document.
5. The minimum Tender Capacity shall be Tk. 4,15,00,000.00 (Four Hundred and Fifteen Lakh) Only.
6. The tenderer must submit up to date VAT, IT and Trade License, ABC Electrical License and up
to date ABC supervisory License from Bangladesh Electric License Board.
7. Tenderer are requested to go through all instructions in TDS & PCC.
