N/A Procurement Method: NCT Open Tendering Method. Budget and Source of Funds: Non_Development GOB. Eligibility Requirements: Eligible contractors shall have:
1. The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor shall be 05 (Five) years.

2. The minimum specific experience, as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in similar repair, maintenance or construction works of VVIP Office/Building in KPI or Restricted Area, shall be of at least 1 (One) contract with a value of at least BDT 100.00 (One Hundred) Lacs only successfully completed in any Government / Semi-Government / Autonomous organization of Bangladesh within the last 05 (Five) years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP Portal.

3. The required minimum average annual construction turnover shall be BDT 105.00 (One Hundred and Five) Lacs over the last five (5) financial years.

4. The minimum amount of financial resources as credit line(s) or specific credit commitment from any Scheduled Bank of Bangladesh in prescribed format (Form e-PW2A-8), of the Tenderer shall be BDT 120.00 (One Hundred and Twenty) Lacs Only.

5. The minimum tender capacity shall be BDT 100.00 (One Hundred) Lacs Only.

6. The Tenderer shall submit updated Trade License, Income Tax Clearance Certificate, VAT Registration Certificate and other necessary documents.

7. As the work site is highly secured area (Office of the Honorable Prime Minister and Cabinet Division), tenderers are requested to visit the relevant work site and shall submit a complete site visit report duly authenticated by the Engineer-in-Charge not below the rank of SDE.
