- The Federal Government of Nigeria (FGN) has received financing from the World Bank toward the cost of the Livestock Productivity and Resilience Support Project (L-PRES) Gombe State Coordination Office (SCO) and intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the contract for construction of poultry production hub, beef fattening hub and international livestock market.
- The Gombe L-PRES now invites sealed Bids from eligible Bidders for the construction of poultry production hub, beef fattening hub and international livestock market at Gombe Agro-Livestock development zone with a completion period of 9months
- Bidding will be conducted through national competitive procurement using Request for Bids (RFB) as specified in the World Bank’s Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers- Procurement in Investment Projects Financing, 2020 Procurement Regulations, and is open to all eligible Bidders as defined in the Procurement Regulations.
- Interested eligible Bidders may obtain further information from Professor UB. Abubakar, State Project Coordinator, Livestock Productivity and Resilience Support Project (L-PRES), and inspect the Bidding document during office hours 0900-1600 at the address given below.
- The Bidding document in English may be purchased by interested eligible Bidders upon the submission of a written application to the address below and upon payment of a nonrefundable fee of Two Hundred Thousand Naira (NGN200,000.00) only. The method of payment will be by bank draft or direct transfer in favour of the following account: 1012685184 Keystone Bank Account Name: Gombe State L-PRES. Proof of payment be presented at the address below. At the bidder's request, the documents could also be sent by courier after paying an additional fee to cover the delivery cost.
- Bids must be delivered to the address below on or before 12 noon on 8th June, 2026. Electronic bidding will not be permitted. Late Bids will be rejected. Bids will be publicly opened in the presence of the Bidders’ designated representatives and anyone who chooses to attend at the address below by 12 noon on the 8th June, 2026.
- All Bids must be accompanied by a “Bid Security” of NGN231,967,987.25
- Attention is drawn to the Procurement Regulations requiring the Borrower to disclose information on the successful bidder’s beneficial ownership, as part of the Contract Award Notice, using the Beneficial Ownership Disclosure Form as included in the bidding document.
