Construction of Residential High-Rise Building for Senior Officers of Police at Ramna Thana Complex (20-Storied above Ground Floor with 02 Basements) [Sub-Head: 01 No. 1000 KVA Sub-Station] Procurement Method: NCT Open Tendering Method. Budget and Source of Funds: Own Funds GOB. Eligibility Requirements: This Tender is open to all eligible Tenderers as mentioned below: (a) General Experience: Reputed contractors/bona fide firms having a minimum of 05 (Five) years of general experience. (b) Specific Experience: Experience in successfully completing similar nature Electrical works amounting to a minimum of Tk. 100.00 lakh in a single contract/tender under any Government/Semi-Government organization during the last 05 (Five) years. The above experience/work certificate for successful completion of similar nature works shall have to be issued by: (i) In case of work done under any PWD Division, the certifying and authenticating authority shall be the concerned Executive Engineer. (ii) In case of work done under any Government/Semi-Government other than PWD, the certifying authority shall be an officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer. (c) Average Annual Construction Turnover: The Tenderer shall have an average annual construction turnover of Tk. 105.00 lakh during the last 05 (Five) years. (d) Liquid Assets/Working Capital/Credit Facility: The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk. 105.00 lakh. [Letter of Credit Commitment for Bank’s Undertaking for Line of Credit (Form e-PW2A-8) issued not earlier than IFT date.] (e) Minimum Tender Capacity shall be 100 Lac BDT (f) Updated Trade License, Income Tax Clearance Certificate from NBR, and VAT Registration Certificate. (g) Updated ABC Electrical Contractor License and Electrical Supervisory License issued by the Electrical Licensing Board, Government of Bangladesh. (h) All other qualifications, terms, and conditions as described in the Tender Document and Tender Data Sheet (TDS). Necessary supporting documents are to be submitted with the Tender..
