Description

1. Karachi Tools, Dies & Moulds Centre (KTDMC) has reserved funds for the procurement planned for FY 2026-27. KTDMC intends to apply part of the proceeds of this fund to cover eligible payments under the contract for the works of “Construction of Various Rehabilitation Works at KTDMC” with the reference of KTDMC Tender No. 161/KTDMC/2026-27. 2. KTDMC invites bids through EPADS v2.0 from eligible bidders registered on EPADS v2.0 for the execution of the said Works. 3. Single Stage – One Envelope Procedure of the Principal Method of Procurement (i.e. Open Competitive Bidding) will be used, adopting the Least Cost Selection technique, in line with the Public Procurement Rules, 2004 and any Regulations and Instructions issued by the Authority from time to time. 4. All bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security as described in the Bid Data Sheet, in the form of a Pay Order and pay-order shall issue in favor of Karachi Tools, Dies & Moulds Centre. 5. E-Bidding documents, containing detailed terms & conditions, specifications and requirements, are available on the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) at https://epads.gov.pk & https://epms.ppra.gov.pk. 6. The Bid, prepared in accordance with the instructions in the e-Bidding documents, must be submitted through EPADS v2.0 on or before 26th October, 2026 at 10:30am. Bids will be opened on the same day at 11:00am. Manual submission of bids shall not be entertained. Bidders who have not yet registered on the new version of EPADS v2.0 may register themselves at https://vendors.epads.gov.pk.
