Construction project of 123 flats for government officials and employees in the industrial area of Tejgaon, Dhaka (Sub-Head:-Estimate of work including supply and installation of passenger and bed lifts and ancillary works (for Plot No.-400). None Procurement Method: NCT Open Tendering Method. Budget and Source of Funds: Development Budget GOB. Eligibility Requirements: Tenderer shall have the following minimum level of supply experience to qualify for supplying the Goods and related services under the contract: (a) General Experience of minimum 5 (five) years in the electro-mechanical works and years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper. (b) Minimum specific experience of at least 01 (One) contract of supply, Installations, Testing and Commissioning of similar nature lift successfully completed within the last 5 (five) years with a value of at least Tk. 236.00 Lacs in a single contract in any Govt./Semi Govt./Autonomous Bodies/private organization in Bangladesh. In case of the work done under PWD, the certifying and authenticating authority shall be the concerned Executive Engineer. (c) The minimum amount of liquid assets or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk. 300.00 Lacs .In case of Line of Credit, certificates must be unconditional and specified for this work only submitted in the prescribed Form of BPPA from any scheduled bank. (d) The minimum supply and/or production capacity of Goods is/ are: Five times to the proposed supply requirement.. Location: Dhaka, Bangladesh. Tender Document Price: BDT 4000.
