Procuring Entity: Cantonment Executive Officer, Cumilla Cantonment. 1 Construction of five (G+4) storied 'Meghna Tower' Commercial Building with Nine (G+8) storied foundation at Tipra Bazar area, Cumilla Cantonment. 2 Construction of 1 storey with 3 storied foundation Titas Market (Sanitary, Hardware, Tiles, Brand Electronics, Furniture, Motorbike Showroom & Hotel with proposed market) East side of Cumilla to B-Baria Highway at Cumilla Cantonment, Cumilla. (1) Tender schedule purchase application must be accompanied by contractor registration renewal documents for the 2026-2027 financial year, trade license, contractor license, income tax, VAT update renewal documents, and financial solvency certificate documents attested by a first class gazetted officer. (2) A minimum balance certificate of Tk 3,00,00,000/- for Lot No. 1 and Tk 2,50,00,000/- for Lot No. 2 must be submitted with the tender in any scheduled bank of the concerned contractor organization. (3) Certified copies of clearance certificates from the appropriate authorities and updated enrollment documents must be attached to the tender. (4) Experience in performing the same/similar type of work and physical services as a main contractor or co-contractor or separate related management contractor in a single work order in a government/administrative institution in the last 05 years, minimum 3,00,00,000/- Taka for Lot No. 01 and 2,00,00,000/- Taka for Lot No. 2, and a total of 15,00,00,000/- Taka for Lot No. 01 and a total of 10,00,00,000/- Taka for Lot No. 2, which must be submitted at the time of tender procurement. (5) All the rules, regulations, conditions and other rules required for the tender will be effective under PP-2006 and PPR-2025 and the Cantonment Accounts Code of 1955. Other conditions of the tender are mentioned in the tender document. (6) The tender security money of the contractors participating in the tender should be submitted along with the tender documents through bank draft/pay order/bank guarantee in the specified form from any scheduled bank in favor of the Cantonment Executive Officer, Cumilla Cantonment. (7) Subject to receipt of payment, the bill will be paid on the basis of measurement and VAT and income tax will be deducted from the bill as per government rules.
