Als consulent jeugd werk je in een multidisciplinair basisteam jeugd en gezin. De vragen die binnenkomen zijn zeer divers, waardoor de taken van de brede consulent jeugd kunnen vari?ren van het geven van voorlichting, het bieden van (kortdurende)ondersteuning, het toeleiden naar specialistische jeugdzorg en casemanagement. Het werk wordt deels uitgevoerd op het Voortgezet en het Basisonderwijs. Daar ben je dan als consulent aanwezig bent en pak je casussen en vragen op. De volgende aspecten vinden wij belangrijk in de dagelijkse uitvoering van je werk: Je richt je op opvoedkundige, relationele, materi?le, individuele en maatschappelijke problemen van de kinderen en het gezin; Je staat naast het gezin en kijkt samen welke ondersteuningsbehoefte er is; Je versterkt de eigen kracht van het kind/ de jeugdige en zijn ouders/opvoeders; je focust op mogelijkheden en werkt daarbij nauw samen met andere professionals; Je co?rdineert de zorg en hebt een spilfunctie als casemanager; Je bent een netwerker en je hebt kennis van het werk van de samenwerkingspartners zoals de specialistische zorgaanbieders, Veilig Thuis en de jeugdbescherming; Je leidt indien nodig toe naar specialistische zorg; Je hebt het lef om los te laten waar mogelijk en door te pakken indien nodig is.
