The United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) invites proposals from firms to update and develop the existing Community Development Plans (CDPs) that serve as foundational frameworks for local growth and resilience.
However, these plans require enhancement to incorporate climate risk considerations and adaptive strategies.
This consultancy under the Tonga Coastal Resilience Project (TCRP, 2024–2031) aims to strengthen and update the CDPs by integrating climate risk data into practical, visual, and participatory planning tools.
