Consultancy Services - Preparation of a Five-Year Development Plan for the Kalinago Territory and training of the Kalinago Council and Committee Members.

The persons are citizens or bona fide residents of an eligible country; and in all cases, the consultant has no arrangement and undertakes not to make any arrangements, whereby any substantial part of the net profits or other tangible benefits of the contract will accrue or be paid to a person not a citizen or bona fide resident of an eligible country. Eligible countries are member countries of CDB. Consultants are advised to review the detailed eligibility criteria detailed in Section 4 and conflict of interest provisions in Section 5 of the (see Procurement Procedures for Projects Financed by CDB (January 2021), published on CDB’s website. Expressions of Interest will be assessed based on the consultant’s qualifications, technical competence, relevant professional experience on similar assignments (local & regional), and demonstrated capacity to successfully undertake the assignment. All information must be submitted inEnglish. Further information may be obtained from thefirst addressbelow between 8:00 am and 4:00 pm, Monday to Friday. Expressions of Interest must be submitted electronically no later than19 September 2026 by 4:00 pmto the first email address below. A copy of the same submission shall be sent simultaneously to the Caribbean Development Bank (CDB) at the second email address below. The subject line of the email shall clearly state:“Expression of Interest – Consultancy Services for the preparation of a Five-Year Development Plan for the Kalinago Territory and training of the Kalinago Council and committee members". Following the assessment of submissions, the most technically capable and appropriately experienced applicant will be invited to negotiate a contract to provide the consultancy services. The GoCD reserves the right to accept or reject late applications or to cancel the present invitation partially or in its entirety.  It will not be bound to assign any reason for not selecting any applicant and will not defray any costs incurred by any applicant in the preparation and submission ofExpressions of Interest.
