Cette évaluation finale vise à déterminer dans quelle mesure le projet a atteint ses objectifs et résultats, à apprécier la qualité et la pertinence de l’assistance fournie (protection, services de base, accès aux documents de voyage, retour volontaire et réintégration), et à analyser la contribution du projet au renforcement de la production et de l’utilisation de données sur les dynamiques migratoires (suivi des flux et produits de connaissance). Elle identifiera les facteurs de réussite, les contraintes, les effets attendus et inattendus, ainsi que les leçons apprises et recommandations pour orienter la programmation future et les approches de l’OIM et de ses partenaires.
