Description

29-Oct-2026 The services to be provided under this assignment comprise the preparation of land use plans for the municipalities located along the Moutourwa–Maroua (N1) and Magada–Yagoua (N12) road sections, namely Moutourwa, Kaélé, Guidiguis, Touloum, Kalfou, Dargala, Moulvoudaye and Yagoua. In this respect, the study aims to provide a framework for the development of these municipalities through the organisation of urban areas to be developed, the protection of natural areas and the regulation of land use, with a view to harmonious and sustainable socio-economic and spatial development. This organisation shall be based on sustainable development and environmental protection. The study will be entrusted to two (02) service providers according to the following groups of municipalities: Group 1: Moutourwa, Kaélé, Guidiguis and Touloum; Group 2: Dargala, Moulvoudaye, Kalfou and Yagoua.
