As part of the implementation of the Primary Health Care Quality Improvement Operation (PHCQIO) Additional Financing Project, financed by the World Bank, the Ministry of Health of the Kyrgyz Republic announces a competition for the following vacant position:
Consultant to provide technical legal support to the Ministry of Health of the Kyrgyz Republic
Qualification Requirements:
- Higher education in law (a specialization in civil law shall be an advantage).
- At least 5 years of legal work experience, including legal support for government agencies and regulatory activities.
- At least 3 years of work experience in international organizations or projects.
- Proficiency in Kyrgyz and Russian; proficiency in English shall be an advantage.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) shall be mandatory.
