Objectif général: Contribuer au renforcement du système national de santé mentale et de soutien psychosocial (MHPSS) pour les enfants et les adolescents en Tunisie, à travers une cartographie nationale exhaustive et un diagnostic structuré de l’offre, de la demande, de l’accès et de l’équité des services.Principales activités attendues :Revue documentaire et élaboration d’une note méthodologique validée ;Cartographie nationale et régionale des services MHPSS (incluant base de données, fiches descriptives, cartes par gouvernorat) ;Analyse des lacunes, goulots d’étranglement, barrières d’accès et parcours de prise en charge ;Formulation de recommandations stratégiques et opérationnelles ;Production de livrables de communication (policy briefs, article scientifique, présentation).Profil recherché :Bureau d’études justifiant d’une expertise multidisciplinaire en santé publique, santé mentale, protection de l’enfance et politiques publiques, avec une expérience avérée d’au moins trois études similaires (cartographie de services, analyse de systèmes).
Une expérience dans le contexte tunisien ou comparable est un atout.Équipe minimale requise :Un chef d’équipe spécialiste en santé publique / santé mentale (Master minimum + 5 ans d’expérience) ;Un expert en protection de l’enfance (Master + 5 ans, connaissance des dispositifs tunisiens) ;Un spécialiste en recherche et collecte de données quantitatives et qualitatives (Master + 5 ans).Langues :Maîtrise écrite et orale du français et de l’arabe obligatoire.
