Description
31-Jul-2026 The services included under this project comprise consulting services to support the Ministry of Finance of the Federal Republic of Somalia in strengthening domestic resource mobilization and public finance management. The assignment involves the automation of simplified tax collection for micro and small businesses, the rollout of a non-tax revenue portal across Ministries, Departments, and Agencies (MDAs), and support to the establishment of a dispute resolution and tax tribunal. The project is implemented by the Ministry of Finance under the economic governance program and is aligned with the Medium-Term Revenue Roadmap (MTRR).
