Professional Consulting Services for Cornish Lift Station Upgrades and St Charles Lift Station DemolitionD4. SCOPE OF SERVICESD4.1 The Services required under this Contract shall consist of providing engineering and contract administration services for both Cornish Lift Station and St. Charles Lift Station in accordance with the following:(a) Preliminary Engineering Design (D7);(b) Detailed Engineering Design (D7.8(a)(i));(c) Construction and Demolition Documents (D9);(d) Procurement Process (D10);(e) Cornish Lift Station PLC Programming (D11);(f) Contract Administration Services – Non-Resident (D12);(g) Contract Administration Services – Resident (D13);(h) Cornish Lift Station Commissioning (D14);(i) Record Documents and Project Closeout (D15); and(j) Additional Work Allowance (D16).D4.1.1 The Services required under D4.1 shall be in accordance with the City’s Project Management Manual https://winnipeg.ca/infrastructure/asset-management-program/templates-manuals.stm#3 and templates http://winnipeg.ca/infrastructure/asset-management-program/templates-manuals.stm#4 .
