Assignment: Consulting Services for the Development of a Detailed Interior and Exhibition-Space Design for the Cave Museum (STC) and the Provision of Author Supervision.

The Government of the Kyrgyz Republic, represented by the Ministry of Finance of the Kyrgyz Republic, has received funding from the World Bank for the implementation of the Regional Economic Development Project in the Osh region and Osh city (REDP) and intends to use a part of the proceeds for consulting services.
The Community Development and Investment Agency (ARIS) is the implementing agency for this Project. The Agency hereby invites eligible consulting firms ("Consultants") to express interest in providing these services. Interested Consultants must provide information demonstrating the required qualifications and relevant experience to provide these Services.
The Terms of Reference for this assignment will be available for download after registration on the ARIS website and submission of an application for participation.
The following minimum requirements shall be met by an interested Consulting Firm to be shortlisted:

- The Consultant (firm or consortium) must have at least 3 years of experience in museum and cultural heritage projects, including scientific concept development, exhibition design, interior design, and visitor interpretation.
- Demonstrated experience in delivering end-to-end museum design projects, including thematic/exhibition planning, interior and equipment design, and operational planning.
- Experience in projects funded or supervised by international organizations (e.g., World Bank, UNESCO, EU) is desirable.
Consultants may collaborate with other companies through joint ventures or subcontracting to enhance their expertise. All members of the joint venture must be jointly and individually accountable for the assignment. However, the subcontractor's experience will not be considered when shortlisting the company.
The consultant will be selected using the CQS method - Consultant Qualification Selection.
