Description

This CfT seeks a suitably qualified contractor to develop a nature restoration framework for studying how a new, predominantly state-funded approach, administered by an entity/Department other than the Department of Agriculture, Food and the Marine (DAFM), could provide genuine additionality to relevant current land use policies and programmes, e.g. CAP. How should a new framework to support nature restoration and conservation be designed, structured, and administered to provide genuine additionality and complementarity to the Common Agricultural Policy 2028-2034, and other relevant national funding streams, while ensuring seamless delivery for farmers and public and private landowners whilst safeguarding public and European funding accountability.
