Als contractbeheerder beheer je bestaande contracten ? in deze opdracht gaat het met name om het contract Leerlingenvervoer. De contractbeheerder werkt samen met de beleidsadviseur Leerlingenvervoer en de Teamleider Leerlingenvervoer.Het betreft een zogenaamd PxQ contract. Per soort vervoer zijn afspraken gemaakt (instructie aanwezig), de contractbeheerder controleert of de ritten gereden zijn volgens de contractafspraken. De contractbeheerder neemt steekproeven af op de rittenregistratie, en informeert de teamleider of de facturen betaald mag worden. Deze rittenregistratie wordt toegezonden aan de contractbeheerder, de controle bestaat uit 1 op de 12 willekeurige dossiers.Concreet:Je zorgt voor het beheren en controleren van de in het contract vastgelegde afspraken.Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het administratieve proces rondom het registreren, beheren en bewaken van het contract of van contracten.Je hebt contact met vervoerder en bewaakt of er voldoende chauffeurs zijn voor alle ritten en planningJe voert maandelijks gesprekken met de vervoerder door contractbeheer. Daarin bewaak je de facturatie (rittenlijst / factuur), contractafspraken en indien nodig spreek je de vervoerder hierop aan. Zijn er klachten, worden deze tijdens de maandelijkse gesprekken besproken, hierop zie je toe dat het contract nageleefd is. Inhoudelijke klachten landen bij de uitvoering. Je ziet toe op (de technische kwaliteit van de) gegevensaanlevering door aanbieders en analyse en verwerking van door aanbieders aangeleverde data.Je signaleert en rapporteert knelpunten in de uitvoering.Je bereid kwartaalgesprekken met de aanbieders voor (dmv rapportages/sturingsinformatie) en levert je inbreng tijdens deze gesprekken.Je draagt bij aan kwartaalrapportages.Voortgang en stand van zaken rapporteer je aan je opdrachtgever (teamleider).
