This includes providers in the areas of prevention, parenting support, mental health care, support for children with intellectual disabilities, youth protection and probation, foster care, and transport. You ensure the correct execution of contracts by the contracted parties, including timely contract closing, extension, and termination. You conduct evaluations with the contracted providers and make timely adjustments to both financial and market changes. Additionally, you act as a sparring partner for colleagues in operational departments and provide structural information regarding budget developments, budget monitoring, and advice, enabling steering of the operational departments. You also ensure timely delivery of information for the annual accounts of Youth. Coordination with regional municipalities and coordination of decision-making are part of this role.
