Ben jij de ervaren professional die ons (tijdelijk) kan ondersteunen bij contractmanagement Wmo-begeleiding? Als contractmanager sociaal domein (Wmo) ben jij diegene die partijen verbindt, tactisch-strategisch adviseert en ervoor zorgt dat contractafspraken meer zijn dan alleen papierwerk. Jouw werk draagt direct bij aan betere zorg in Oldambt ?n de regio in een complex landschap. Wat ga je doen?Je werk draagt bij aan een complex zorglandschap in de regio Oost-Groningen. Dagelijks werk je nauw samen met het team Sociaal Domein en de afdeling Inkoop om processen helder en effectief te laten verlopen. Dit doe je niet alleen voor Oldambt, maar ook voor twee collega gemeenten in de Oost-Groningse regio. Samen met de andere contractmanager Wmo-begeleiding en de contractbeheerder ben jij mede verantwoordelijk voor het relatiemanagement met de interne en externe partners. Concreet betekent dit dat je: ? de regie voert op contractafspraken en monitort afspraken; ? adviseert proactief je collega?s, beleidsadviseurs en collega?s in de uitvoering; ? ondersteunt een integrale samenwerking met andere afdelingen; ? analyseert de te lopen risico?s en onderneemt hierop de gepaste actie; ? coacht collega?s en zorgt voor verbinding binnen ?n buiten het team.
