Le Délégataire aura pour mission d’assurer la gestion et la continuité du service public de l’eau potable (production et distribution) à l'intérieur du périmètre de la concession, constitué notamment de (données 2024) : o 5 sites de production avec station de pompage o 8 châteaux d’eau o 114 300 m3 importés o 167 000 m3 exportés o 716 750 m3 vendus aux abonnés o 16 905 habitants desservis o 7 923 abonnés o 174 km de réseaux • assurer la production de l’eau potable à partir des captages propriétés de la Communauté de Communes et installés dans le périmètre du service • assurer la distribution d’eau potable sur le périmètre du service ; • assurer la surveillance, le fonctionnement, l’entretien et les réparations : - des captages, - des réservoirs, - des compteurs de sectorisation, - des canalisations et branchements destinées à la distribution d’eau ; • assurer l’entretien, les réparations, le renouvellement des branchements ainsi que des compteurs (hors fourniture) • effectuer le renouvellement de l’ensemble des installations ; • assurer le respect de la qualité de l’eau distribuée ; • maintenir en état de fonctionnement l’ensemble des installations par la maintenance préventive ou curative ; • assurer un service d’astreinte 24h/24, 365 jours/365 ; • assurer la gestion de crise ; • assurer la gestion clientèle.
