A presente contratação destina-se a assegurar, de forma contínua e eficiente, a manutenção da estabilidade, da segurança e do pleno funcionamento dos sistemas informatizados de gestão pública utilizados no âmbito da Câmara Municipal, os quais são indispensáveis para a adequada execução das rotinas administrativas e burocráticas inerentes à atividade institucional, bem como na na organização, processamento e controle das informações administrativas. Nesse contexto, a contratação abrange não apenas a manutenção mensal dos sistemas, mas também a disponibilização de suporte técnico especializado e serviços de consultoria, a serem prestados tanto de forma presencial quanto remota, conforme a necessidade da Administração. Tais serviços compreendem a realização de manutenções corretivas, a implementação de ajustes e adequações decorrentes de alterações na legislação vigente, bem como a ampliação e o aperfeiçoamento de funcionalidades, com especial atenção ao módulo de Controladoria (i.Maq-docs) e à infraestrutura de DataCenter. Ademais, busca-se assegurar a plena integração com os sistemas utilizados, de modo a garantir a uniformidade, a consistência e a interoperabilidade das informações no ambiente tecnológico da Câmara Municipal.
